AVOID THE $30.00 PARKING FEE! Volunteers are asked to use our FREE SHUTTLE SERVICE available at Oxnard High School in Oxnard. The shuttle service has a 15-20 minute turnaround and will be available beginning 8:00 AM for morning volunteers. There is no volunteer parking on site at the festival.

Assigned volunteers will receive a volunteer t-shirt, 2026 Festival Poster, on-site refreshments, and the opportunity to enjoy the Festival before or after their shift. There is no mandatory meeting. When you arrive at the festival from the shuttle, walk outside the festival to the main Ventura Fairgrounds entrance, check in at the volunteer tent.
