Priority Parking

• All Permitted VIP Parking Pass Holders will park in the Main Parking Lot located off of Figueroa Street.
• Please be prepared to show Police your VIP parking credentials at all times.
• VIP Parking permits are one-day use only and will be forfeited upon parking.
• Parking Lot opens at 8:00 a.m. on both days.
• If Main Parking Lot is full, VIP Parking will be shifted to an Overflow parking lot located on the event premises.
• You will be charged $30 if you do not have a VIP parking pass even if you have VIP event tickets.
• VIP Parking credentials will also be accepted at the Promenade/Pier Parking Lot but note there will be no shuttle from this location. This will be an approximately ½ mile walk.

Friday

• Food Vendors/ Pacific Fine Arts Vendors/ Sponsors will enter off of Figueroa Street and head down Shoreline Drive. Follow signs and proceed to the Ocean Gate entrance.
• You may come on-site beginning at 12:00 p.m. and will be asked to leave by 10:00 p.m.
• Daytime parking on Friday will be available in the Vendor Lot to the rear and west of the fairgrounds. Please access via the Ocean Gate. You may also park in the Main Parking Lot on Friday. Overnight parking is not permitted, without prior approval, in either area. Trailers may be parked in the Vendor Lot in designated areas.
• Once you have off-loaded your setup and product, please consider moving your vehicle off the event site to help prevent crowding and congestion.

Saturday-Sunday

• Food Vendors/ Pacific Fine Arts Vendors/ Sponsors will enter via Figueroa Street and head down Shoreline Drive. Follow signs and proceed to the Ocean Gate entrance until 10:00 a.m.
• Parking Lot access is different from site access. NO VEHICLES will be allowed on festival site after 8:00 a.m. and all vehicles must be off festival grounds by 9:00 a.m.
• Parking Lot access via the Ocean Gate will be available at 6:00 a.m. on Saturday and 6:00 a.m. on Sunday.
• Vehicles exiting Festival site will be directed to park in adjacent Vendor Lots via Ocean Gate.
• If you arrive or have staff arrive after 10:00 a.m., we recommend you use the alternative route to the rear of the site via Olive/Garden Street. Be prepared to show your pass.
• Permitted Vendors needing to park without entering site before 10:00 a.m., will enter off Figueroa and park in Vendor Lot.
• If you don’t possess a Vendor Parking pass, be prepared to pay $30 for parking.
• There will be no Overnight parking in either the Vendor lot or Main Parking Lot on Friday or Saturday night without prior approval. Overnight parking in Main Lot is strictly prohibited.
• Parking Lots will close at 10:00 p.m.
• Sunday breakdown: Vehicles will enter the Ocean Gate, same gate they accessed on Friday and Saturday for setup.

Friday

• Sponsors/Exhibitors accessing the Fairgrounds on Friday to set up their space or pick up credentials can access the grounds via the Ocean Gate. Use Figueroa to Shoreline Drive and follow signs.
• You may come onsite beginning at 9:00 a.m. and will be asked to leave by 10:00 p.m.  There is no fee and no permits are required.
• After checking in and setting up your space, please either exit the grounds or park back in the Vendor Lot.  Overnight parking is not permitted in the Main Lot.

Saturday-Sunday

Early am setup and parking

• From 6:00am-8:00am, Sponsors will be allowed to access the Fairgrounds through the Ocean Gate off of Shoreline Drive for booth setup/restocking and credential pickup.  You will need to display your “Sponsor/Exhibitor” parking permit to do so.
• Ocean Gate is accessed by taking Harbor Blvd., west to Figueroa St. which becomes Shoreline Drive.  Proceed west on Shoreline Drive Ocean Gate. Follow posted signs.
• Following setup, please either exit the grounds or park in the Vendor/Sponsor Lot via the Ocean Gate.

After 8:00am parking

• After 8:00am, Sponsors with “Sponsor/Exhibitor” parking permits will be directed to park in the Vendor Lot near the Ocean Gate.
• The Shoreline Drive parking lot is accessed by taking Harbor Blvd. west to Figueroa Street which becomes Shoreline Drive.  This lot will be staffed by attendants who will check your permit and assist as needed.
• There will be no Overnight parking in either the Shoreline Drive lot or Main Lot on Saturday night without prior approval. Main Lot overnight parking is strictly prohibited.
• Parking Lots will close at 10:00 p.m.
• Sunday breakdown: Vehicles will enter the grounds from the Vendor Lot and via the Ocean Gate.

Festival Stage

• Use South Olive Street to enter and avoid traffic congestion
• GPS: South Olive Street and South Garden Street, Ventura
• You will drop off Tour Bus Drop off area. You will then stage and park on Garden Street until pick up time. At pickup time, you will be directed to back to the Main Entrance where you will be directed to the Tour Bus Drop off area.
